So, uhh, my hair keeps going back and forth between green and yellow? It's sorta cool, but I kinda look like I'm wear a clown wig, with the curly hair and all. Will we ever have one week where something doesn't go wrong in some class?
No Quidditch until like the end of the month, so I guess I should try catching up on class work, yeah? Don't really feel like it, though. Don't really feel like doing much of anything.

Sundays are the worst. Nothing good comes on WWN, I have to do the work I've been putting off all weekend, and I have 8am Muggle Studies in the morning.
At least I'll know my costume for the ball when the bidding is over. This must be a whole lot easier for the blokes with boyfriends that know who they're going with. Makes me sort of wish I was in a relationship, y'know?

IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY!!!!! Me and my brothers, I mean. 18 doesn't really feel that different than 17, to be honest, but I guess it's pretty nice. Mum sent me lots of sweets and some clothes, and a book on dragons. Dad sent a note and somehow managed to slip something about keeping my grades up in there. I think he'll be royally pissed when he actually sees my grades...
Anyway, what sucks is that it's Tuesday, and I wanna party. Guess I'll have to save it for this weekend, yeah? After that match with Durmstrang, I mean. What's the name of that house again? ...Marchenko, yeah?

Why the hell couldn't first period be cancelled on Monday? That's the only day I actually have classes that early, and I could live without Muggle Studies. But anyway, what was all that about? The flyers and the rain? Did the roof spring a leak or somethin' or...? And what's this about secrets and whatever? I'm lost.
But anyway, has anyone else noticed that tons of people are hooking up. I mean, not hooking up hooking up, but like dating hooking up? Kinda weird. Not bad or anything, just weird that everyone's doing it all at once. I wonder-

I was so caught up missing summer that I forgot all the good parts of Autumn. Like the Harvest Festival. That was really fun. I've got other things to look forward to, too.
1. Gryffindor vs Ravenclaw game Friday. Gryffindor's goin' all the way this year. Sucks that I'll have to beat without Ringo, though
2. Durmstrang visit Saturday. I really hope it's not too cold.
3. Hogsmeade next weekend
4. MY BIRTHDAY OCTOBER 12TH. Well, Mitya and Nik's birthday, too, but still. This is the most important one, 'cause it means we got tons of stuff from home.
I guess there's stuff after that, too, like Halloween and all, but things get kind of boring for me between my birthday and Christmas, other than Quidditch. Hopefully we'll have our full roster by the time that Durmstrang game comes around, but I've got faith in our reserves, too! Go, go Gryffindor!
